You have studied hard and now you deserve a little reward . You have got your gorgeous dress and hired your suit so getting dropped off at the school ball by mum or dad just isn’t an option. The School Ball event general go s as follows, we arrive 5 minute before the designated pick up time which is normally between 6 and 6.30 p.m . This is to allow parents to take some photo’s . Your hour starts from the designated pick up time we proceed to kings park if the drop off is a city hotel , or to monument hill fremantle if it is a fremantle venue the student get out at these locations to pose for photo and mingle with other students as all the other limousines s will do similarly. This will take as long as time permits as you will need to be back in the limousines 15 minutes before drop off to allow time to get to the hotels and we will have other jobs booked in directly after dropping you off. The Return is more often than not at midnight , the driver will be waiting and direct you to your limousine, any changes to the drop off address must be made when we pick you up so we can find the address and confirm with parents if required . Our company has been doing school formals for over ten years and get a great deal of repeat business, the reason for that is we present ourselves and our limousines better than any one else in our price range. Should we be booked for your date we would be happy to recommend our best competitors, as they would do the same. We can do extra pick ups in the hour. The return is just one drop off, should you require extra drops we can quote you a price. These prices are for the metro area and we are not licensed to pick up outside the metro area. If you only require one way only we allow an hour and a half tour for the same price as an hour tour and direct half hour return. Our company has been doing school balls for over 11 years and get a great deal of repeat business. The reason for this is that we present ourselves and our limousines better than anyone else in our price range; there are many who can under quote us, but none that can deliver a better quality service. We guarantee you will use us again and recommend us to your friends. A 33% non-refundable deposit/booking fee by credit card is required for each limousine to confirm the booking. Please be aware that if you have not paid a deposit you don't have a booking and some companies take advantage of that to take a better job and cancel yours . As per education department instructions we do not permit the consumption of alcohol in the limousines even if you are 18. Parents please be aware some schools breatherlise students and refuse entry . TERMS & CONDITIONS - SCHOOL BALLS PAYMENT This booking and your agreement to these terms is secured with payment of the deposit. The booking fee is non refundable and non transferable. Cancellations within 30 days of the school ball date will result in the hirer being liable for the full contract amount. The time of the booking starts at the prearranged time till the designated drop off time as per the booking sheet (not just the time travelled in the limousine - so please make sure your group is on time). Our return policy at midnight is one direct drop off taking no longer than half an hour from midnight, so please be on time as any extra will be charged to the hirer. Any reduction in time will not result in a reduction of the total price quoted and agreed to. The price quoted on the contract/booking form is for the number of passengers as stated on the form. Should there be any extra passengers to travel, an extra $82.50 per passenger is payable on the night or will be deducted from the hirer's credit card. All money must be collected and paid in full to the driver on arrival and no individual payments will be collected by our driver. Also, should the hirer require the limousine to wait at an address while the passengers get changed after the ball, which has not been prearranged; then this is at the discretion of the driver if there are no other bookings after and an additional amount of pro rata per 15 minutes will be required. The additional cost incurred will be the responsibility of the hirer. Millennium Limousines reserves the right to cancel any booking where the terms & conditions are deemed not to have been adhered to with a forfeit of all money paid and due . VEHICLES Millennium Limousines reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle in the case of an emergency. Our vehicles will not be taken on unsealed roads and drivers reserve the right to deny any access to a venue that may put the vehicle and/or its patrons in an unsafe situation. Our limousine is for 9 passengers of which 8 passengers are in the rear and one in the front with the driver. Under no circumstance is any passenger allowed to squeeze in the back - there are seat belts for nine and every person has to use and have a seat belt. Millennium Limousines does not accept any liability in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly where they are beyond our control. Any damage to the vehicle of any sort caused by the hirer or any of his/her party will be the responsibility of the hirer to pay for repairs and loss of income whilst said repairs take place and will be automatically deducted from the hirer's credit card. No correspondence will be entered into. . Please do not put your feet on the bar work as this will terminate your ride. |
